Residential plan availability depends on your region and may vary by address. If an offer doesn’t appear in your account or when you enter your address on the Residential page, it means it isn’t currently available for your location.
Note: The hardware benefits listed below apply to customers who purchased their Starlink kit directly from starlink.com. Customers who purchased through a retail partner and activate service with a Residential Max plan are also eligible for these hardware benefits.
