In the Starlink App

1. Open the Starlink app.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
3. Tap Profile, then Account Overview.
   • This opens your account portal.
4. Scroll to Settings, then tap Edit Profile in the top-right.
5. Scroll down and uncheck the box.
6. Tap Save.
7. Enter the MFA authentication code you receive.
8. You have now opted out.

On the Starlink Website

1. Sign in to your Starlink account.
2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner, then select My Account.
3. Click Settings in the bottom-right.
